Every project runs on a weekly demo. Not a status meeting — a real, working demo.

Fridays are for showing. Mondays are for deciding. Everything in between is for shipping.

The demo forces honesty. If you do not have anything to show, you do not have anything to say.

Week zero: scope in one page

Before any design starts, we write a single page: the outcome, the audience, the must-have journeys and the things we are deliberately not doing. If that page cannot fit on one screen, the project is too big for one phase and we split it.

The weekly loop

  • Monday — decisions from last week's demo become this week's scope.
  • Tuesday to Thursday — build, with questions answered same-day on WhatsApp.
  • Friday — a working demo on a live preview link, plus a short written note of what changed.
  • Anything unresolved on Friday becomes a Monday decision, never a silent delay.

Scope is traded, never stacked

New ideas are welcome at any point — on the condition that something of similar size leaves the phase. This keeps deadlines honest and stops the slow bloat that turns a six-week project into a six-month one.

What we need from you

  • One decision maker who can approve within 48 hours.
  • Content and photography, or an agreed plan for who produces them.
  • Access to domains, hosting and any systems we must integrate with.
  • Thirty minutes a week — that is the true client time cost of the cadence.

After launch

Launch is the midpoint. We monitor performance and search visibility, fix what real traffic exposes, and iterate monthly. Sites that stop changing after launch lose ground within a year.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a project with LOMOS take?

A focused business website is typically 15–25 working days from kickoff. Larger platforms are delivered in phases, each with its own demo cadence and launch.

What slows projects down most often?

Content and approvals — almost never development. Projects with a single decision maker and ready content consistently finish on schedule.

Do you work with clients outside Sri Lanka?

Yes. The weekly demo and written notes make remote delivery straightforward, and we work comfortably across time zones.
